I made this dress for Norah hoping it would fit her this coming fall but she grew into it a little faster than expected. Despite her expression in this picture I think she was happy with the dress. She might as well be since she has to wear it regardless.

You look hot, Mama! And I'm impressed with your mad sewing skills. She looks so cute in that dress! Good work. :) I also should mention that I love how you totally blog your "voice." Does that make sense? You write so naturally that it's like I can actually hear you talking.
Weird comment? Maybe, I'm pretty sleep-deprived myself. I'm probably just hearing your voice in my head because whenever I feel like I'm doing badly at this mom thing I can hear you tell me that I'm not screwing things up, that I'm a good mom, and that you have confidence in me. :) One of your best talents is giving people compliments that 1) stick with them, and 2) that are so genuine that they're easy to believe. And a compliment that is easy to believe (not because I think so about myself, but because of the way in which it is given) is one of the most wonderful things a person can give. You're great. And I love you. :)
I'm going to take a nap now. Pray the kids don't find the markers. ;)
such a cute dress.. I noticed it two weeks ago and was gonna ask where you got it!
Linds! What skill! That is an awesome frock. Norah's got to be glad she has a stylist like you.
You look so super super great in this pic!
Before I read the post I saw that dress and thought "That is SUCH a cute dress I wonder where she got it" like it looks like Anthropologie for babies. And you made it!? Well done! Norah's hair is so light! p.s. I like your shirt.
