We are moving to:
Bryan accepted a job from AT&T and we headed to Dallas. He will be working in product marketing for their cloud services business. The job is a great fit for him and he is very excited to start working on June 6th. With the exception of his mission, Bryan has been in school continuously since he was 4 so this will be the start of a new era for him. We are so grateful to all of our friends and family who helped him network and we hope to return the favor.
Bryan is just about done with finals and we’ve found a house to rent in Dallas and finalized our moving arrangements so all we have left to do is enjoy our last two weeks in Ithaca and pack. I will miss Ithaca so much but I think the washer and dryer I’m going to get as soon as we move will do quite a bit to ease my longing for a picnic by a waterfall. Speaking of waterfalls
in an effort to make the most of our remaining time here we went to the farmers market today and then spent the afternoon at Treman State Park. We intended to just play at the playground but then the dads got some crazy ideas and we went from thisto thisAudrey and Alice waited in the shade

Yay! We're going to see the Hicks again! Don't judge Texas too harshly when you move here in the summer. Think of how nice it will be to spend all that time outside in the winter instead of hibernating. We're definitely going to need to make a trip up there now.
How exciting!! My oldest brother lives in Dallas. I'm sure it's the opposite of New York but you'll love it. If we ever make a trip over to see Lincoln we'll have to get together!
We're really excited for you guys, but we'll miss you even more. The branch just won't be the same without you.
Hooray for a washer and dryer!! We're excited for you guys!
We can't wait to visit you in Texas sometime :) I'm so excited for you guys! Im sure Bryan will enjoy not being a student for the first time in like 25 years hahaha. Love you guys.
Congrats! What a grand adventure for you all!
Congrats! What a grand adventure for you all!
Don't mess with TX! Their anti-litter campaign is pretty intimidating.
You'll be about 5 hours from San Antonio - they have a fun zoo, a sea world, some cute art museums, a nice river walk, some really nice missions (the Alamo is the most famous) A HUGE water park, and nearby Austin has a million bats and the LBJ library. We could go together for a few days and have fun.
Is Norah wearing undies instead of a diaper?! yeah!
That is so exciting! I'm so jealous! I can't believe you are leaving so soon. We will have to head down there to see you one last time ASAP.
This is wonderful news! I'm so excited for your family. I can't wait to hear about all your Texan adventures. Whoohoo!
They went to Dallas on this week's globetreker - they went to the museum where JFK was shot.
Cool place! (Not literally of course.) I must admit, I'll take the heat of the summer over the cold and isolation of the winter any day! Have fun packing :)
