Freya turns 3!

Freya was so excited to turn three. She practiced holding up 3 fingers for weeks and sang "happy birthday to me." Of all of our girls, Freya changed the most between 2 and 3. She was barely talking at 2 and relied mostly on grunts. Now she expresses herself freely and and Bryan and I are always laughing at the funny things she says. It is such a delight to know what she is thinking about and how she sees the world. I wish I had taken the time to write down some of her hilarious insights but maybe if some come to me later I'll update this post.

We celebrated Freya's birthday with a pool party at her favorite pool - the puddle jumper. She also had a Daniel Tiger cake.

Grandma Lorraine Turns 60!

We celebrated my mom's birthday in Granby CO. Matt's parents generously shared their beautiful cabin with our family so we could stay there together and we had a wonderful time. We did our usual favorite activities at Snow Mountain Ranch - hiking, summer tubing, canoeing, horse back riding, attempting a puzzle but not finishing it etc.
